What it does
- Awards points when an Eposnow sale completes.
- Looks up customers by phone or email.
- Issues, redeems, and consolidates LoyaltyDog gift cards from the Eposnow terminal.
Install
- From the Eposnow AppStore, install LoyaltyDog.
- Authorize the integration to read transactions.
- In the LoyaltyDog dashboard, link your Eposnow account to a LoyaltyDog program.

Troubleshooting
- Transactions not syncing — Confirm the Eposnow API key has read permission on transactions.
- Customer not matching — Eposnow customers must have a phone number or email that matches a LoyaltyDog customer in the linked program.
